I will not be upgrading the rest of my files to 2021 until this issue is resolved. I do not believe calling them back will resolve anything as I was already told there is nothing they can do. I called tech support and was told the only solutions are to either delete and recreate the reports or not to upgrade to the 2021 version. I have seen other posts on this forum of others having the same problem and the recommendations are the same as yours. I am already losing time on the files I upgraded to 2021 before I realized this was a major bug within the new version. Obviously I cannot continue to take the time to upgrade the rest of my client files to 2021 just to have to take the time to delete and recreate 10-15 memorized reports per client file. This is not just one file - it's happening in all of my QB files that I upgraded to the 2021 version. I did everything you stated plus restarted my computer and no luck.
